Mayor BOWSER is responsible! I saw her on TV splainin how she checked with the DCPD, the City PD, the Maryland Highway Patrol, the Virginia Highway Patrol but told the Federales, including the National Guard they wouldn't be needed because she didn't really want the Federales and the Military involved!!!

So what was she expecting??? Well, just like all the other Democrat Mayors and Governors, She doesn't trust the Federales or the Military because they are controlled by The Commander In Chief of the United States and lost control deliberately and surely and SHE SHOULD BE FIRED if anybody is to be terminated for rotten judgement!!!
