Last night on Fox News I saw a video which showed three protesters who appeared to be in a lift basket on the side of the Capitol building.
As they started waving Trump flags around the basket started swaying. That’s when I realized they were in a window washers platform hanging from ropes. Did anyone else see this. How could they have gotten roof access to take control of this equipment if they weren’t helped. This was shown on Fox News sometime before 7:30

This was shown on Fox News sometime before 7:30>>> I can’t answer specifics but remember the whole place was scaffolded due to the inauguration. There might be some construction scaffolding that made it easier to get acce3ss to some normally inaccessible places.

it does look like some sort of window-washing rig- you can see the ropes. One guy is shown on a ledge in the below link, looks like he’s steadying the platform while they switch flags.
