I watched the video. There was A girl, a couple others maybe and whoever was holding their phone up to video the incident.
... oh yeah, there were about FIVE fully armed police/special guard/ troops IMMEDIATELY behind the girl.
If anything can be called a mob, it was those guys with the black helmets, black suits, AR’s in hand...
And that guy, waiting with the gun SPECIFICALLY chose to shoot the GIRL.
There was also the guy with the blue backpack... and the cameraman...
He specifically chose to off the GIRL.
