I get that. I’m talking about what will be presented in a court of law and the evidence at hand. Based on what is in the videos I’ve seen, the things you’ve called out, and the things I’ve called out, and I don’t see any prosecution surviving against that guy. If it was me and the facts were exactly the same, except the crowd was antifa or BLM, I would have been within my rights to shoot the one illegally climbing and crashing through the broken window. And I would have shot to kill.
I’m not saying he should have done it. I’m saying that as a human being - not a machine - it is reasonable to do what he did.
This was not your home. This was a public building during a protest. In this case, there was a police presence who could have simply grabbed her and pulled her to the ground -- as has been done in any number of other protests around the country.

He was supposedly a trained officer of the law. That makes him somewhat of a machine who is trained to react appropriately in tense situations. It is absolutely NOT reasonable what he did.
