Depends on where you are as to what the consequences would be, but this was not a home, it's a public building, and she was unarmed.

Which means the rules are even stricter. Even in Commiefornia I'm allowed to have a gun in my home. I am not allowed to bring a gun into a government building, as many of the rioters did prior to opening fire inside the building.

This is what a protest is -- left or right. All they accomplished was a delay. No one had illusions this transfer would be cancelled (outside of Q-nuts).

Judging by the rioters' attempt to seize and burn the Electoral ballots and the number of Freepers who were hoping it would overturn the election there may be more "Q-nuts" than you think.

This woman was a veteran who served her country and volunteered for four tours in a combat zone.

Doesn't make her final act any less illegal.

This is a very callous and hard way of looking at this.

I've been called worse things.

Conservatives have been a sleeping lion for a long time now. You can only poke the lion with a stick so many times before they wake up and lash out.

You have a very unfortunate view of what has happened.

I refuse to turn against my basic values supposedly in the name of saving them. That is all.

Your “basic values” are deeply immoral.
