I will really be surprised if any charges are brought against the shooter. Probably the authorities in DC are trying to find a way to charge Trump with murder in this case. After all, by encouraging the people to come to Washington on January 6th he set in motion the chain of events that led to her death.

I just called this clown’s office and left a voice message. I asked him what happened to the “accidental discharge” explanation, and if he was now saying that the shooting was intentional. I also said that Ashli Babbitt had served four tours of duty, and died at the same place that had sent her on those tours. Before the recording ended, I made clear that the video showed she was the only one at the door when she was shot, that the Congressman’s comment that people were going to be breaking through the door was Bull$hit, and that in fact, no one was paying attention to Ashli, as all others were milling about, with most of them having their back toward her. People only turned around in that direction when they heard the report of the gun, wondering where it had come from.
You appear to have a FRiend/Foe problem. There could be a pill for that.

And it also proved that if you are a Capitol Policeman, you will be protected and your crime will be covered up, whereas, if you're a poor slob cop on the beat in a large Democrat-run city, if you shoot someone in self defense, you'll be brow-beaten, arrested, charged, and tried for muder, not to mention losing your job, your reputation, and perhaps down the road, even your life. Nothing will happen to the officer who murdered Ashli Babbitt. You can count on that. The Democrats, and whatever Democrat Congress big-wig he was working for, will make sure of that.
I have seen such comments many times on this site. But like bitten wife syndrome they always go back and vote rinos, give money to rnc, keep watching fox, etc.
