On another thread a pic was posted of the hands of the shooter holding the gun. It was magnified, showing the shirt cuffs. Supposedly the cuff links of the shooter are not what law enforcement wears.

Not sure that was a LEO that killed her. They usually do a lot of shouting before they open fire.
