Hell a QRF was 2-4m away from the barrier when the shot was fired....he could have killed another officer.
His life is going to be like the coward of Broward County, FL while kids died.........oh wait...nevermind...that guy is enjoying his pension on the beach.
That was not a police officer.
No way would an officer shoot an unarmed, non violent woman from that long a distance with fellow officers directly in the line of fire.
This was at best a bad shoot and quite probably an act of intentional homicide.
