I like that idea, but finding willing State Legislatures much less Governors to propose a bit of secession could be a bit difficult. Couldn’t hurt just getting the attention of the blue areas, but knowing blues as I do, they are not going to buy off on being separated from those they have conquered. They need to be uninhibited in their roaming throughout their kingdom.
