She and all the people behind her?
Wouldn’t she have been arrested earlier?
You will need to go to the 2nd part of this vid (time stamp doesn’t work correctly when played on at least my machine):
The vid starts earlier than some others I’ve seen, and clearly shows at least three well armed police officers come up right behind Mrs. Babbit when she is still in the center of the area viewed (ie., the protester’s side). One is easily within grasping distance of her. On the left it appears the sign & base used to break out glass is being taken away from whoever had that, and passed out of the view on the left. On the right, one VERY close to the window on the right, are 3 men who I think might be some sort of security (but no weapons showing), and then close to them there’s the guy in a suit, gray(?) tie, mask, and some sort of ID badge hanging from his neck. Some sort of decision seems to be made such that the 3 no weapons guys depart, screen right, with one of the heavily armed officers in front of them (possibly just giving ground so they can depart), and very clearly someone shouts “good job, guys!” The gray tie guy is talking to the heavily armed officer who was close to Mrs. Babbit, but she moves to the window and climbs up and is immediately shot. From all the vids I’ve seen (again, probably not all that exist) I don’t think she ever saw the shooter or heard anything from him until he fired.

If holding that doorway was some sort of urgent objective, at the point when Mrs. Babbit was shot, worth killing for, only the shooter, out of all the LEO’s nearby, some heavily armed, seems to know it.
