The poor girl. Looks like it pierced the carotid artery. She was bleeding out fast.
In the slow motion part, you can see she is trying to say something.
No one was really trying to comfort her .
Those maniacal cops were all panicky and spooked. They looked so bad.
The police were hardly maniacal....they were as shocked as everyone else.
