Of course, it’s also unlawful to commit vote fraud, but here we are.
Pence doesn't have the Constitutional power to introduce slates of electors that weren't sent by state legislatures.
Why would this Italian man who has been arrested for hacking, Arturo D’Elia file an affidavit in English to an Italian court? This smells.
Even if Pence did not have constitutional power he could have delayed the count and let the evidence be presented. It appeared that wasn’t an option.
