I do not place this at VP Pence’s feet. I place this squarely at the feet of SCOTUS who failed their constitutional duty in the Texas case.
They could have taken the case and simply ruled that the Constitution, and federal laws, and state laws are not optional and must be followed. That a pandemic does not remove the need to obey those laws.
