You need an explanation? There were NOT 13 million more votes than registered voters. In every case where someone asserted that there were more votes than those registered, they were using bad information, or just guessing.

It would be trivially easy to prove if the total number of votes exceeded the total number of registered voters. So it’s not like someone is “hiding” the truth, it simply is not true.

If you think it is possible, you should volunteer as a poll worker. You would find that this is one of their major tasks, to reconcile at the end of the day the votes cast against the number of people checked off in the poll books (the poll books having only registered voters).

Anybody not in poll books votes provisionally, and the provisional ballots are then worked on, and only accepted if the voter can prove they were registered. It is unusual for a poll book to be missing a valid registered voter.

Anyway, it is also false that there were dumps of additional ballots in the middle of the night. That though is more of a white lie, as there were absentee ballots which were being brought to counting centers from their storage facilities, and apparently in some jurisdictions that happened in the overnight (Virginia we deliver them to a “central” precinct the day of the election, and they are counted there and reported that way).

Most every report of “massive fraud” have zero actual evidence. The stories sound amazing, because they are not based in reality.

The real “fraud” of the election is things like allowing 3rd parties to see who people are voting for, meaning you have corruption in the ballot process; people voting for seniors in nursing homes, people harvesting ballots, maybe discarding some they don’t like (not a lot of evidence of that — states allow you to check whether your ballot was received, and everybody who votes absentee should do that, and show up on election day if the state computers don’t register their vote).

Anyway, I hope that explains things in sufficient detail.
