The expectation is that, if there’s a legitimate process, he avail himself of it whatever it may be. Clearly that doesn’t include overturning a legitimate election. But in the event of a contested election, which we have, there’s a process. Will he execute his duties in that process?
Specifically - send the certification back to the respective states and say ‘fix this’. I do not believe he will based on what I’m seeing today.
