Blacks are showing up in force to elect a black senator for GA, a first. Black preacher from GA vs. a white lady from Illinois. Throw in that GA, and other parts of the South have been invaded from other states.
One stat you are leaving out, and gives me hope. The Equity amendment in CA LOST in the last election - even Hispanics want to complete based on merit, not color. This is the hope for the country.
