That wouldn’t be a terrible outcome, especially at this point in time. The special election (Warnock-Loeffler) was to finish Johnny Isakson’s term that he won in 2016, it’s up for election again literally next year. Warnock could be a very flash-in-the-pan Senator if 2022 is a redder electorate (not unlikely given the history of midterms.)
Chatham is a DEM county. All they have left are mailin ballots. What do you bet Ossoff gets 90% or more of those?
