ENRAGING that this should be their excuse. Thus far Tim, no justice or judge has allowed a case to proceed much beyond filing. In America, as Tim well knows, we have a pretty low pleading standard with an enhanced requirement for fraud. Once a case is adequately plead, it is THEN heard by a fact finder or disposed of by summary judgement if appropriate.
NO FACT FINDER has heard any facts. Every case has been dismissed on a technicality.
