Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted.

I tend to agree with you. All rumors, speculations and bad mouthing has been about him since December 14th.
I hope he is a loyal American that believes in justice, and does the right thing. He will either go down in history as the nation’s savior or one of the biggest traitors of all time. I have a feeling he knows this.

Clarification... supreme court does not decide presidential elections per the constitution...its was created afterwards..
What happens inside the Congressional chambers....is outside supreme court jurisdiction!
They can only rule on what comes out of Congress, in relation to laws and the constitution..
Constitution does not give supreme court authority to decide presidential election...that’s a congress, vice president, state legislature issue.
