That is so dangerous. The only possible excuse is that they were still loading road closures at the time, as a ton of roads are closed, such as the 12th st. exit off 395N just over the 14th st. bridge.
But I find that unlikely bc that never happens and those road closures were planned in advance.
Outside of Mall area, DC is unusually quiet. We’ll see when the commies decide to mess things up.
