The problem for the more dull freepers here is that if what Kappy said was true, it could have made him crazy and suicidal.
Lin Wood’s story is absolutely consistent enough all around to be true. And the effect of his story will be due in part to what people _believe_.
If he’s a communist operative, he’s the most convincing of all of them by a very long shot.
Compare him to the known operatives, let’s say senate republicans. What he has in common with them is that he’s a lawyer, and that’s bad. I don’t see much else in common, including his rhetoric and demeanor.
If he’s convincing a lot of conservatives that he is for real, imagine how many goofy leftists think he is for real.
Therefore his life truly in in danger. That’s a kind of evidence that he’s sincere. We’re discussing his sincerity now, not his accuracy.
