Georgia lieutenant governor Geoff Duncan has criticized President Trump’s Saturday phone call with Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, in which Trump asked the state election chief to “find” additional votes to overturn election results in the state...
"I understand that the Fulton County [Georgia] District Attorney wants to look at it,” Raffensperger said on ABC’s Good Morning America. “Maybe that’s the appropriate venue for it to go.” The Secretary of State said his own office would likely not attempt a prosecution, citing an unspecified conflict of interest...
So the criminal thinks POTUS is the criminal?
Don’t think that’ll play out very well for him.
Brad made the claim that only 2 dead people voted in the Georgia Election held in Nov. Not even remotely possible.
Raffensperger belongs in GITMO.
Ask him to repeat that in Mandarin
Discovery phase of the suit would be excellent. Trump would crush Raffensberger.
Who do you post a crap article from the National Review about a lefty hinting something?
He did nothing illegal.
And it’s something that has been done by dozens of Presidents.
The typical political hack and deep-state lackey response — Completely ignore the fraud and corruption, and to divert attention, threaten with lawfare and legal entanglements
This deep state hack stupidity is getting old.
Dufus! He’s already “found” the votes. They are in your back pocket. You’re toast, boy!
Well you already have the NY State Attorney General on the record as saying prosecuting Trump and his family is her first priority. And I imagine there will be someone in Florida and D.C. willing to take some shots as well.
The SOS has gone full Mitt.
If the entire taped conversation is used the case should be dismissed. If only the WaPo/NBC version is used Trump is in trouble.
Well, with the criminal justice and court system, not to mention the political traitors, it wouldn’t surprise me.
Yep, I expect at least a couple of states to find reasons to indict Trump for something or other. New York state will probably lead the way on that.
And that’s exactly the way a banana republic works. Fraudulent elections, political persecutions, etc.
Not much discovery allowed in a federal criminal case.
