I think you might get into trouble for videoing naked consenting adults, whereas the police can do it for the entertainment value, as long as they can come up with some plausible reason for doing it.
If I was a billionaire, I could get away with it. It send it somewhere overseas and pay some nice unethical foreigner to release it. Or send it to Wikileaks through a couple of well paid foreign jumps. That’s how revenge works.
OR, I might let him see it and explain what I need from him in order for me to keep it secret from his wife and the world. I would also tell them about a deadman switch. That’s kinda how blackmail works.
