There’s no way to explain it legally.
But look at the aftermath. The US got what it wanted, enemy surrender. And proceeded to bring peace and prosperity to the world.
If the enemies had won, would they have brought peace and prosperity?
So it is with the time now. Do the unthinkable, allow the fraudulent assault on our election to come to the public awareness, propose a righteous settlement and demand the frauds be held accountable. Then oversee a new genuine commitment to the real rule of law.
The Marxists can scream that Trump supporters broke the law. Fine, reform the law then. And reform the election system along with it. But the real ballots will back the true winner as reforms are made.
If the Marxists have their way, look for tens of millions of illegals to flood the border, drug cartels to resume their takeover of cities, towns, and regions, courts, judges, and nationally the packing of the US Supreme Court, the takedown of local law enforcement, the confiscation of all firearms, economic trade agreements that continue shifting American industries and technology to offshore regions, the devaluation of US currency, and ultimately the passing of the American nation into history.
You have to weigh motivations and targeted intentions in the context of war and survival before passing judgment.
This is the moment Lincoln warned about, conquered from within. Yet there are those that hold out to law, laws that failed to protect a national election. They are looked on as fools, as useful idiots by the enemy. They are demanding adherence to what is broken.
