No, I did not know that. There so many lawsuits and hearings and disputes swirling around that I would not be able to master all the details without devoting full time to the subject. It was my general impression that there was an ongoing dispute about whether he can test the ballots.

In post #56, Hostage writes: "Jovan reports that someone is possibly shredding the ballots before his team gets to them."

A charge that someone is "possibly" shredding ballots doesn't prove that ballots have actually been shredded.

Furthermore, if one could prove that ballots have been shredded before being tested, that would not prove that there was fraud. It would certainly be indirect evidence of fraud, to be considered and weighed against whatever non-fraud explanation was offered for the act, but that is different from the direct evidence of test results on ballots.

Do you have a citation – from some source with first-hand knowledge, not Jovan Pulitzer himself and not hearsay – to establish that any ballots have actually been shredded?
