Right out of the gate, Alabama’s votes got an objection because “not legally certified” and of course “Russia!” which elicited much booing. Biden then said the objection had to be in writing and signed by a member of the House and by a senator. No senator had signed it so “the objection can not be entertained.” This was followed by other objections with the same result. Incidentally Biden clearly had more of his marbles then than he does now.
