At just after the 4 hour 46 minute mark, a new guy steps in and states that (offsite) the people he’s working with have gotten into the polling device (one of them anyway) and that the communication goes both ways, data in and data out (although he didn’t use the word “data”) He said that should never happen.
The headline to this post is misleading in that it’s a guy stating that someone offsite is in the election system electronically. He’s not actually doing it in front of the committee, just explaining it.
