Atlanta proposes to spend $1.6million on private police force for wealthy suburb - known as 'The Beverly Hills of the East' - as Dem star mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms admits she doesn't know how to stop crime wave after 7-year-old girl is shot dead.

The woman is an idiot! All she needs to do is pick up the phone and call Rudy Giuliani and ask him how he cleaned up New York, which has now all gone to hell under "Commissar Bill DeMarixo."

1. Tough hard but honest cops as needed. Bad cops fired and if criminal prosecuted. Support the good cops and pay them well.
2. No tolerance for crime.
3. Minor crime give sure but short punishment, the next time we kick you ass in jail for a long time.
4. No privilege is to be given to any race base on their color or lack of color.
5. Make damn sure good prosecutors that are fair and firm be elected or appointed.
