The VP simply doesnt have the power to personally reject Electoral votes. If he did, in 2000 Al Gore could have done the same thing, and turned the election over to himself.

The Georgino simply doesn’t have it right.

The VP counts the votes... and does it however he wants to... as that is a very direct and exclusive grant of authority to the Executive Branch as defined in Article Two... which exists to empower the Executive.

And, as that asserts a directive to the VP, as “shall”... that plenary power created is made unique... HOWEVER, it does not exist in a vacuum independent of other, parallel, obligations... such as that requiring the VP, as part of the Executive, ensures the laws are faithfully executed...

That, of course, means ALL OF THEM... not just the ones you might find convenient.

Efforts made at ennlisting Pence in furtherance of a fraud being practiced... by a handful of states, and their felonious governors... seems to me very much like an offer that Mike Pence can refuse.

Al Gore’s decisions... establish ZERO precedent.

Gore quit because he lost, after he got caught cheating in Florida, and then he ducked out before it got the point of forcing the opposition to subject him to the fraud being publicly exposed... and holding him accountable for it.

Democrats today... far more desperate... practiced a more widespread and far more obvious fraud... conducted in the face of landslide election that they lost. Yet, they are making a different choice than Al Gore did. But, you should not expect a FAR MORE determined opponent, with the facts, the law, and the ANGER of the majority of the people behind him... will fail in the obligation to hold them to account.

Democrats have arranged affairs in a way that REQUIRES they must be held to account... requiring the fraud must be exposed, and proved, and the felons exposed and dealt with... as that is the only way they will stand down from the fraud being practiced, and accept the legitimacy of the outcome.

And, that is what is going to happen.

If it doesn’t happen “righteously”... and soon... that heat in the palpable anger rising now... will grow white hot.

I see torches, pitchforks, tar and feathers... coming soon.

The media are not telling you... how people outside the media bubble are seething...
