I don’t know what to believe here. One reason all the commie environmentalist hate that spray from balloons plan is that if it works it would cost next to nothing. The Nature article said maybe $10B a year.

Greendealies want to have their total transformation of society and would be very sad if all this got done with a bunch of cheap balloons.

I know what to believe: the earth is not warm enough. We still have massive polar ice sheets and any significant reduction in solar energy risks triggering an ice age. The actual problems from too much CO2 like the drop in ocean pH won't be solved by this, but they don't need to be solved right away anyway.
