The GOP isn’t going away. If Trump goes third party the GOP will run Pence as a spoiler. He’ll happily play the designated loser for his pals Paul Ryan and Jeff Flake.
Write in Donald Trump. Though, I would vote Harris over Kasicko.

It's wildly entertaining and deals with scenarios quite similar to today's two-party system and a divided electorate. There are numerous parallels with what's happening in real life, viewed from the inside.

Probably not history, as they will remain as a forever minority party. The thing is, Republicans are perfectly happy being in the minority. They can endlessly fund-raise based on their “opposition” to the Democrats, but never have to actually do any governing. Most importantly, they will still reap all the financial benefits of being able to launder huge sums of public money back into their pockets through the foreign aide-MIC connection, so what’s not to like?
