Thanks for posting. I am an oath keeper.. unfortunately we have a bunch of veterans who are just getting their monthly check and free healthcare. The dems would just attack that and we all know, after the covid hoax, Americans will obey their puppet masters for their health.
However.. i have a few rowdy friends to bring along as well.
This would be a civil war and i am not a fan.

Trump just vetoed the Pentagon funding. If he calls up the troops how is he going to pay them?
Thank you for the information. I will read it shortly. I do understand what the group Oathkeepers is trying to accomplish. My beef is with their website because after viewing it, I had more questions than answers and that is not a recipe for success. The confused mind always says no.
The military has always received exemption from shut downs and the govt has always found ways to keep them paid.
In this case if Trump is adding hundreds of thousands of troops with his militia call up where's the money going to come from? None of the government will be funded.

Seize evidence without any suggestion of getting a warrant first.

No suggestion that the state legislatures or governors have to OK the actions Trump takes under the Insurrection act.

who get their funding and equipment via active duty military. States dont fund it. It is not a militia, please study up a little.

The NG is not the militia.
The old US Militia was disbanded as a result of many of its contingents taking part in rebellion against the United States.
The Guard is a federal organization that is under state control when not on active duty with the regular military.
The militia is solely under state control and can’t be federalized like the Guard can.
Militia can be subject to the draft while Guard are already inducted into the military.
In most jurisdictions the militia are paramilitary police under control of county sheriffs acting on the orders of the governor - aka “deputies”.
The militia is not military at all.
If there is going to be a fight, it must be done now.

The militia today is 99% undercover FBI and 1A% informants.

Most are prohibited from public functioning by state law.
As a rule militia callups are conducted by county sheriffs at the order of the governor.
They report to the sheriff as volunteers and are deputized under color of state authority.
They can leave at any time or be drafted.
A state Guard unit can be as few as a regiment.
A mere county sheriff can have a regiment of volunteer militia report - the numbers of a state militia can be vast.
