Federal prosecutors are said to be looking into making a legal request for Rudy Giuliani's emails.

The investigation into Donald Trump's personal attorney is 'very active', NBC reports.

Sources tell the network prosecutors for the Southern District of New York have spoken about getting access to his electronic communications.

Doesn’t it matter that the NBC sourced article is a cesspool of lies? Has NBC ever retracted claims it made for 2 years that President Trump was a traitor? The article quotes the New York Times slur/FAKE NEWS that Guiliani asked Trump for a preemptive pardon, a story that Guiliani denies. Yes, because the NYT made the story up and Guiliani denied it.

The article frames Guiliani as corrupt by first saying NYT is investigating him and then saying the WaPo is investigating him. See? Guilt by investigation!

Have you read the article? If it does hit jobs on Trump, Guiliani, is it to be trusted re Barr when the article contradicts it’s own title. “May have” and “is unknown” are not the same things.

If the Trump administration had taken on the attacks you listed above before the US was prepared to defend itself militarily, we would have lost our country early in his term.

To explain why perp walks didn't happen YET Barr or Trump would have to say, "I couldn't move against the pervasive infiltration while America was still asleep; 70% of the gov was bought out by enemies; we had no borders; we had two "private" sovereign Chinese ports (Long Beach, CA and Florida); Chinese/UN/other enemies on north and south borders; our military was gutted in terms of morale, infiltration, obsolete hardware and made with intentionally inferior steel ...from China. We had infiltration in our military and key security agencies and intel. Our CIA was working with other countries to spy on Americans. We would fail to defend ourselves when the Cabal made it's move if we didn't wait to restore America's defenses and erode the battle readiness of our enemies.

The news said it was a helicopter and kind of laughed at residents who thought it looked like something else. The info at the bottom, June 10, 2018 WA, weather station captured this image so the news couldn't explain it away.

See, I think it's a missile. An unauthorized missile fired from WA (Whitbey Island area) while Airforce One was overhead on it's way to North Korea.

Many will say they know we have been at war since President Trump took office but those same people often expect the country to function as if it is not at war. Strategy is required to win this war and that's just too frustrating for some.

I don’t know what the President’s plan is and how he will fight The Swamp. He knows best and I’m sure we will soon know since it’s less than a month to the 20th of January 2021. It is clear though what The Swamp plans for him! Total annihilation of the man, his family and his acquaintances! They are layered up waiting to go after him at the federal level, and failing there, at the state level. They plan to make an example of him. Which is why I’m certain that whatever President Trump has up his sleeve has to be something that will freeze The Swamp’s machinations for a generation, and that we will see it soon. After all, there’s only so much time left.

Where would he find 100 incorruptible lawyers to serve who are also willing to stand tall against the power of the deep state? Even if the man who failed in many of his key hires, including both attorney general, could find and name the prosecutors, where will they get honest and effective investigators when he is gone? The FBI?

Then there is the federal court system. Draw a leftist judge to hear the case and it will be Emmett Sullivan and the Flynn case all over again dragging on for years. Or the judge will dismiss it out of hand, then backed up by the appeals court and the Supreme Court.

Forget the legislature. Republicans have proven themselves uninterested in the rule of law and the Dems are playing hardball for keeps. The deep state is stalling, waiting out the clock. In my own community the county government just announced it is projecting a surplus for 2020. Instead of saving the surplus, paying off bond debt early, or reducing taxes next year what did the county commissioners do?
