Sebastian Gorka went over the process in detail on NewsMax tonight. He said EACH objection has to have at least 2 hours of debate before a vote and moving on. If the GOP can get to Jan 18, then the House delegations decide the President - he also said this is how Thomas Jefferson was elected. (I haven’t researched that yet)
Seeing that in contested swing states judges are afraid to hear cases because they would need to overturn votes, I wonder what would happen if Dominion votes were contested in a state like North Carolina where we might get a judge to consider a lawsuit where he/she wouldn’t be considering a state where the election was already decided? Maybe look at Dominion without having to overturn an election? You know, take a look at the most important consideration with regard to democracy? Gee, I don’t want to be controversial or anything.
