This type of violence is totally unacceptable! I literally witnesses a young person waving a Constitution around and there was a guy standing there with a dog being restrained by a chain around its neck. The human cost of this kind of protest will be felt for generations!

I saw a guy with a leash on a dog. They make chain collars. Did not see any harm being done to the dog in short video of the man with the dog.
