I believe you are mistaken; you can stand up and be counted.
Read the scriptures to understand why:
32 But if we shall say, Of men; they feared the people: for all men counted John, that he was a prophet indeed.
33 And they answered and said unto Jesus, We cannot tell.
Luke 20:19 And the chief priests and the scribes the same hour sought to lay hands on him; and they feared the people: for they perceived that he had spoken this parable against them.
Luke 22:2 And the chief priests and scribes sought how they might kill him; for they feared the people.
The scriptures are an excuse not to do something because you’ll claim God has it all sorted out. Sorry, Sunshine, God didn’t create this mess and he ain’t sorting it out for us.
