By one man rule I mean: as the Executive Trump steps in to save the Republic by insisting that the true vote be respected.

How is 'one man rule' upholding the Constitution. 'One man rule' means ruling by fiat, unconstrained by Congress or the courts. If you can find a constitutional justification for that then I wish you would point it out.
