Under the Emergency Powers Act the President can declare this as an act of subversive domestic terrorism. Which after the Navarro Report it clearly is. And 70 million plus have his back.

The Guarantee Clause of the U.S. Constitution, also known as the Republican Form of Government Clause, is in Article IV, Section 4:
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
POTUS can also invoke the Insurrection Act himself, or at the invitation of others. Fake elections means the death of the Republic.
