I think there was an order to preserve the machines and witnesses who were guarding the site who said people went in before the forensics team did.

IIRC, the SOS gave a countermanding order to clear the machines.

NONE of the apparatchiks in any of the contested states obeyed court orders. I cannot recall an instance of state legislators pushing back in any substantive manner.

They will do as they wish while citing their solemn duties under the law they are violating. It is the commie way.

Your handle leads me to comment that it took until the 1200s in Europe for the monarchs to yield even a little power and a few rights to the secondary nobility (to whom they owed a lot of money). It took a further 400 years until any vestige of rights were granted to the serfs. Now, 400 years further down the line, the rulers of the world have had enough of upstarts and their laws and Constitutions and Charters and are clawing it all back by whatever means necessary.

They do not recognize our laws, courts, legislatures or rights and every single action proves that.
