Agreed. According to the opinion, it appears that WI election wasn't conducted properly because not all voters can claim to be indefinitely confined because they are afraid of Covid. What isn't provided is the order that should accompany the opinion about what the remedy is for the problem. If they are afraid of disenfranchising voters, than a revote would be in order, it that is possible. If it is not possible for the presidential electors, then the remedy is for the state legislature. Let's see what follows this.
