There may be a way to shave off ballots. Throw out absentee ballots of confined voters per precinct based off of the ballot ratio. That would hit places like Madison where Biden won 70/30 hard and you can find enough votes to change the election results. It would limit the fraud to mostly dem areas.

I've suggested a similar remedy for the Detroit mail-in ballots after a signature matching audit was performed, on a precinct by precinct basis.

Examine 5,000 signatures from Precinct XX. If 3,000 of them were later deemed invalid, and the precinct went 90-10 for Biden, then remove 3000 votes in a 90:10 ratio.

It makes too much sense to adopt.
