That’s not what the US Constitution says
I really wish we would get beyond what the Constitution says because clearly it means what ever some black robed thug say it says. They will continue to do that until the politicians we elect to office makes it stop and I have seen absolutely no interest among that group to challenge these Judges.
I fear that many of these politicians like for the court to adjudicate what they can't enact constitutionally. Amending is just too hard.
