This alone should invalidate the vote. The adjudication process allows the operator to select how the want the vote to be counted.

A high “error rate” in the election software (in this case 68.05%) reflects an algorithm used that will weight one candidate greater than another (for instance, weight a specific candidate at a 2/3 to approximately 1/3 ratio). In the logs we identified that the RCV or Ranked Choice Voting Algorithm was enabled (see image below from the Dominion manual). This allows the user to apply a weighted numerical value to candidates and change the overall result.

That’s OK! The court will discuss this in April, at their pace I’ll be done with the case in one county by 2024. The other counties, they could be addressed after that. /s

OK, let’s accept ( However farfetched it is ) that it is a code flaw. EVEN WITH THIS, it demonstrates that the system is useless. With this so-called code flaw, several questions arise:
1) Why did the state not go through stringent QA testing before accepting the machines?
2) How many more counties were affected by this code flaw?
THEREFORE: There needs to be a thorough vetting and investigation of ALL similar Dominion machines in every single county in the USA that uses it to make sure that this so-called flaw ( I am humoring you here ) did not affect every other place that uses it.
THEREFORE: We CANNOT certify the election results UNTIL we investigate this.
