I’m starting to see wisdom in the SCOTUS decision on Texas.
This is not primarily a SCOTUS matter.
SCOTUS definitely has standing, but we all know what’s going to happen the minute they rule the way the overwhelming ecidrnce dictates they must.
That is NOT a fuse you want lit by SCOTUS, possibly surprising the President.
That is a move you NEED sequenced by the CINC, after he’s gotten a go/no-go on the countdown from SecDef, intel, NSA, LE, etc.
This really is too big for SCOTUS.
Am just an ordinary old citizen with no knowledge of all the perfidious machinations that gave Biden more votes than Trump, but, to me, your conclusions make sense.
