No. Call a convention of states first. Form an amendment that allows secession on a county by county basis. There is no reason to cede vast swaths of red counties in Democrat controlled states to the enemy. We control 95% of the landmass, it’s time to start acting like it.

LOL. How would you create a country with no economy? Pretty much all of the nation's metro areas are centered around counties w Dem majorities - you'd be left with a country composed of Spokane Washington, Jacksonville Florida and Provo Utah and not much else to speak of.

2 representatives from each RED county of a state, meet in a state convention. There, that assembly picks 2 representatives for the state, to go to the 3rd Continental Congress.
The 3rd Continental Congress forms the new ship of state, of the new uniting states.
Same/similar process that led to the forming of the 1st Continental Congress.
