I cut my teeth in being violent being a criminal when I was young, then later changing gor hood and buying large apartment complexes suffering from gang bangers and other criminals living in them making the properties very difficult to market and rent. I cleaned out the bad guys and made well maintained, safe communities for people to live in.
Did- not liking either.
