“Electoral College electors owe an allegiance first and foremost to the US Constitution over State and political party dictates.”

Good luck with that. I’m afraid it’s over.
Dec 14th is a federal statutory goal post meant for uniformity across the several states. It is not a constitutional deadline and can be ignored.
Phone or email Biden Electors and ask that they vote for Trump on Monday.
Dominion fraud
Of course you are.
Trump is likely not to win a court fight to change the status quo. But Trump has other ways to win such as state legislators, executive orders, and Mike Pence. The election fight isn’t over.
Can electors be decertified after they vote tomorrow?
The question, given the election is being contested, is how proceduraly Congress moves to declare the election null and avoid and select the president and vice-president.

Good question.
I think via the Mike Pence avenue.

I think the courts will decide that Congress has the final say on whether Presidential elections are finally certified. Given that the Democrats controls the House of Representatives on January 6, 2021 and control of the Senate is debatable because of senators like Mitt Romney, Susan Collins, and Lisa Murkowski, hopefully Trump has some strategy to still be reelected with Mike Pence playing a role.
yep, I think so unless potus does something , then it will take the people to keep him from being dragged out the white house before evidence matters..
EOs will have no effect. What do you expect Pence to do? The VP does not decide the election. I agree that the legislatures could do it, but I see no hope that enough, or any, will take care of business.
I suppose the humor in that is going to be lost on more than a few here...lol
Wow, you mean by filing suit in the courts, something like that? Why hasn't anyone thought of trying that before now? </sarcasm>
This time, let’s make sure any objections to one or another state’s electoral votes, intended to be considered by the Joint Session of Congress on January 6, 2021, are lodged by members of Congress with leadership IN ADVANCE and IN WRITING. Vice-president Cheney on January 6, 2009 received no objections from any members in advance or in writing. As such, on that occasion Cheney blatantly BLEW RIGHT PAST the Constitutionally-specified language calling for “objections, if any” and went straight to the formal language of certification, thereby making straight the path of “The Won”. That act alone probably netted Dick Cheney and his entire family then living a deep state get-out-of-jail-free card for life, plus maybe a couple of nice vacation homes sprinkled into the extended family holdings a-lá Bernie Sanders.
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”

as for me and mine, “We have not yet begun to fight!”
