Not so long ago, Troy was considered a myth. Then the ruins of that ancient city were unearthed. Atlantis is considered a myth, and if it existed, it existed some 12,000 years ago before it was wiped out by a catastrophic flood. A flood that would correspond to one of the Ice Ace Meltwater Pulse events.

Ice Ages occur on 100,000 year cycles. Ice sheets a mile thick will scrape clean and pulverize any civilization that might exist. If there are ruins of some truly ancient civilization, they would likely be found in an equatorial region where glaciers never reached it.

Are you implying that there was global warming that precipitated this phenomenon of ice melting and ice bergs receding? Amazing, absolutely amazing, if true!
