In 2018, POTUS declared a national emergency to deal with the threat of foreign interference in US elections.

In 5 days, a report is due by DNI John Ratcliffe to be delivered to Steve Mnuchin, Chris Miller, Chad Wolf, Mike Pompeo, Bill Barr, & the POTUS.
