I think he voted for Kavanaugh's confirmation (he had to because his re-election hung in the balance).

If the Democrats steal the two Georgia Senate seats, he would be in the majority whether he remains a Democrat or if he switches. The most I would expect from him is to vote against the most extreme proposals of the Left while going along with the rest of their agenda.
